What can you do to shorten the process and make it less cumbersome and confusing?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Check your application process for these common time-suck culprits:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Request for a custom r\u00e9sum\u00e9 or cover letter<\/li>\r\n<li>Too many clicks, pages or needless information<\/li>\r\n<li>Login or account creation in your applicant tracking system<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Found a weakness in your application?
