So I\u2019m just going to echo what I\u2019m hearing in the news and you can interpret as you wish.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 25px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unemployment at its lowest<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Remember when everyone thought we were entering a recession? Well, technically, it did happen. But our labor market apparently hasn\u2019t gotten the memo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Unemployment is hovering at 3.5% near historic low rates, the lowest in 54 years.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>It seems like good news when you hear that unemployment is at its low, right? But when it comes to finding talent, low unemployment is a double-edged sword.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>With a smaller pool of job seekers, you may struggle to fill open positions.
