AxiaTP, an IT-as-a-Service and software development company needed to add several team members in 2021 and early 2022. Having worked with Field of Talent before, their leaders knew they would get excellent service throughout the hiring project where candidates would also have a great candidate experience. The positions included a Senior Application Developer, a UI Designer, Tier II IT Support Analysts, Sales Business Development Reps (BDR’s), Virtual CIO/IT Practice Leaders, IT Project Manager, and a Network Engineer.
