She began her career in recruiting and has trained hiring managers in how to interview and hire the best. She works both in healthcare and consulting. Her years of experience in recruitment, personality assessment, training, and facilitation, combined with her forthcoming book, Authentic Connection, provide a unique combination of skills to position services unparalleled in the marketplace.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from University of California Santa Barbara, a Masters in Organization Development from Pepperdine University as well as certificates from the University of California Los Angeles in Human Resources and from the Sorbonne University, Paris, in French Language and Civilization. She resides in Los Angeles.
