Carefinders Total Care

Problem

CareFinders Total Care, a home health company based in New Jersey (since acquired), reached out with a need to fill key staff and leadership positions. CareFinders had a new internal talent acquisition team but the demand for talent was outpacing the internal team’s capacity.

During the discovery meetings, Field of Talent also learned CareFinders needed a better way to engage caregiver and nursing applicants. Phone and email tag with applicants who had multiple job opportunities was a barrier to hiring quality caregivers faster.

Solution

CareFinders contacted Field of Talent in early 2021 to initially have help recruiting a Controller, 2 x Directors of Operations, Director of Contracts, and several other staff-level positions.

PivotCX, the premier SMS/text engagement platform, and an important partner to Field of Talent, was also introduced to help with faster, more meaningful engagement with caregiver applicants.

A pilot program for caregiver hiring was launched with Field of Talent providing project management, recruiter training, and ongoing optimization. Job board advertising was also managed and optimized for CareFinders.

The goal? Help CareFinders reach its goal of hiring over 200 new caregivers per month across New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

Results

  • 5 leadership and staff-level positions filled within 3 months with $77,000 in headhunter fees saved

Field of Talent and its partner, PivotCX engaged with up to over 200 applicants per day per recruiter and delivered 2,677 qualified applicants ready for hire to CareFinders recruiters.
