The Field of Talent Partner Program is designed to provide our partners with easy opportunities to be rewarded for referrals.

Program Levels

  • 1. Base Hits - be a referral partner, and if your referral becomes a Field of Talent client, you get 20% of the first month's sales revenue!
  • 2. Go The Distance - This is our deeper partnership path for those looking to build an income and collaborate more closely. A 1-year commitment with monthly check-ins for sharing leads, ideas, and strategy. Qualified partners earn 10% recurring revenue for 12 months on closed deals, plus co-marketing benefits (like your logo on our site) and other collaborations.

Program Requirements

  • Be a reputable business or independent contractor with a network of contacts in the business community.

  • Be able to identify and refer qualified businesses to Field of Talent.
