Program Requirements

  • To be eligible for the Field of Talent Partner Program, you must be a reputable business or independent contractor with a network of contacts in the business community.
  • You must also be able to identify and refer qualified businesses to Field of Talent.

Commission Structure

Our commission structure is based on a 10% commission paid every 45 days based on client payments received.
