Flexibility:
- Customer can scale up or back with 30 days’ notice.
- Customer can pause or stop by providing 60 days’ written notice during a 90-day trial period
- Customer can pause or stop with 90-days’ written notice during for a 12-month term.
- Scaling back or stopping will become effective at the end of the notice period, and all monthly fees remain due during any notice period.

Scaling Your Hires – The Smart Conversion
- First & Second Hire: You pay the $4500 Conversion Fee for each hire to quickly activate the final screening and presentation process.
- Third Hire & Beyond: If you need to activate three or more hires, it’s more cost-effective for you to commit to the full RaaS program. Simply upgrade to the RaaS Grow plan ($6995/month).
- Your Credit: To ensure maximum value, we will apply a $4500 credit toward your first month’s RaaS Grow fee or other plan, recognizing your previous investment in your pipeline.
